THE HOUSE refurbished to a 5 star rated, stunning, self-catering house in Brighton just minutes from the sea, on the East Sussex coast. This family home in a peaceful residential area of Brighton is the perfect setting for a family gathering.

This unique property is only available for 2 night bookings over a limited number of weekends each year, namely from mid February until the end of October. etc...

Ground Floor
Bedroom Right: x3 single beds as standard (or can be changed to a single and king size bed) with en-suite shower room , wc and hand washbasin
Bedroom Left: x3 single beds as standard (or can be changed to a single and a king size bed) with en-suite shower room , wc and hand washbasin.
First Floor
Back of the house triple room (ensuite): Sleeps 3 -in x2 single beds and a full size day bed as standard (or can be changed to a single Kingsize bed with a sofa). Ensuite shower room with sink and WC
Spacious Family bathroom with double ended slipper bath, walk in shower, sink and WC
Top Floor
Bedroom Left:Sleeps 4 -in x3 single beds and a full size day bed as standard. Ensuite shower room with sink and WC
Bedroom right - Master Suite: x1 Super King Bed as standard for the Bride to Be. Ensuite shower room with slipper bath, sink and WC
Garden with lawn, raised beds, water feature and 2 separate seating areas, outdoor kitchen including coal fired barbecue, sink and fridge.

Gas central heating.
Underfloor heating in open plan kitchen area, hallway and first floor bathroom.
Wi-Fi x2 routers (one in front lounge and one in kitchen area)

The hot water will be set to come on
Please advise at time of booking if you require a different bed configuration than 'all singles', otherwise the set up of all single beds is standard.
As this is a residential area - Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a reasonable minimum especially when entering and leaving the property, please be considerate to the surrounding neighbours. All amplified music is forbidden.
NO balloons or banners outside the front of the property
On street parking is 5 per car per day, everyday including weekends and bank holidays.
X8 sets of keys will be made available plus the key I the key store code to key store will be provided on day of arrival. Any lost keys will be charged at 15 per key to cover the cost of replacement.
Any breakages? Please put something in the black tin to cover, we know acciedents happen!
For insurance purposes please bolt front door at night and ensure that the back doors are locked.
Unless you have paid for a late checkout, departure time is 10am on. This can be upgraded until 2pm at a cost of 200.

Price Information

The House is 3750 for a weekend for up to 18 guests.
Price is the same From February until October. Closed November, December and January.
Property has limited availability for weekends only and is closed from End of October until Mid February.
Deposit 1875, Balance due 10 weeks before arrival.
Preauthorisation of 500 required on a credit card for security deposit.
