Number 95 makes for perfect base for a girly gathering - it's a spacious Victorian townhouse located within an easy stroll of Eastbourne town centre and the beach.
It is a fabulous choice for hen parties wanting a week at the seaside - or even just a long weekend or midweek break.
Set over three floors, the house has eight bedrooms in total, sleeping up to 14 people in permanent/regular beds: two single bedrooms, two double bedrooms and four flexible rooms, that can be set up as either kingsize or with twin beds.
For larger groups of up to 19, we can set up cube beds in the larger rooms, plus there is a sofabed in the second lounge - these extra, temporary beds are better suited to children.
The main front lounge has two large sofas, plus additional chairs, a large TV with DVD player and an iPod docking station. A second rear lounge provides a tranquil escape pod for a break-off group, or for a spot of reading.
The dining room has an extendable table, and is adjacent to the kitchen, and you are well equipped for a self catering stay. There is an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, separate drinks fridge in the dining room, microwave, two dishwashers and a washing machine.
The house has a family bathroom with both bath and shower, plus two further shower rooms. To the rear is a small patio-style garden (no outdoor dining furniture as the space isn't big), and the house is very close to the seafront - so within 5-10 mins you can be on the beach. There are also several small supermarkets close by, making this a very convenient option. Parking is free of charge on street, WiFi is provided and all towels/linen.
