The hen party market is a huge and growing area of self catering. The Hen House is aimed at the more sophisticated customer who although still wanting to 'party with the girls' doesn't want to be taking a cheap package weekend abroad. We want to provide an easy to use marketing service for property owners which will potentially reach out to millions of internet users all over the world. If you have a property that could cater for a hen party of any size then this is the place to start! Our main concern is that both the provider and user of the accommodation listed on this site is happy and has believes that they have had value for money. We reserve the right to refuse advertising for any property we deem to be unsuitable.
Cost of Advertising on The Hen House.
There are two types of advertisement on The Hen House. You will get a reduced rate if you link back to us from your website.
One 12 month advertisment on The Hen House (with a link back) - £30.00
One 12 month advertisement on The Hen House (without a link back) - £50.00

What You Get When You Advertise on The Hen House.
You will get an area page listing and your own whole webpage allowing you to add as much information about your property as you wish.
We can provide you with an easy to use single or multiple availability calendar (that you can also add to your own personal website) so that you and anyone viewing your property can see any vacancy quickly and easily.
We provide you with the latest Google map of your property which even gives a satellite view!
We will give you with a link through to your website (if you have one).
All enquiries are sent to you personally so all arrangements are entirely at your discretion.
We will answer all your emails and enquiries quickly.
Please Note
If you are the owner of more than one property, providing they are all on one site, one advertisement will suffice. If the properties are in different locations then more than one advertisement will be required.
We cannot place a link through to your website if the site features other properties not advertised on this site.
We are sorry but we do NOT accept advertising requests from letting agencies or directories.
Links are offered to private stand-alone websites only. We do not offer links to pages which are part of other websites such as directories.
We cannot offer links to sites which provide an exit route in the form of links to accommodation agencies etc.,

The Hen House has no responsibility for any breaches of trust between accommodation providers and users.
The Hen House takes no responsibility for any misleading advertising content supplied by the accommodation providers.

We believe the various terms specified on this web site to be reasonable and fair for all. In the event of any advertisers breaching these terms we reserve the right to withdraw advertisements immediately without notice.
