If your looking for the ideal coup to house your chicks look no further.

Our Hen House will comfortably nest 18 to 20 chicks.

Enjoy free range accommodation in village just 10mins from York.

Wake to the sound of the cockerel at the farm next door.

The Hen House has two toilets and showers and a kitchen and seating area ideal for pre party drinks.

Sleeping bags and towels must be brought with you.

Local pub in the village will gladly serve a meal for your party lunch or evening time.

A bus runs into York every 30 mins.

We can help with events or transport and are happy to let you book ONE NIGHT ONLY if required. We realise how difficult it can be to organise such a large group to get away for two nights.

We can now offer beauty treatments brought to you by a local beautician and buffet lunches and also a Hot Tub at an extra cost of £150 for your group.

We can arrange a day pass at the local health club with restaurant, out door and indoor swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi. For £10pp
