MANOR FARM HOUSE is grade II listed and was the former Manor House of the village of Reighton. It built over 300 years ago and we believe was owned by Admiral Mitford in the 19th century.

Manor Farm House is situated in the village of Reighton, between Filey & Bridlington on the North Yorkshire coast.

The property has undergone a major programme of renovation to create luxury 5 star accommodation sleeping 12 people.

Ground Floor : Country style kitchen with range cooker and breakfast area; Dining Room (with wood floor and table for 12 people); 2 lounges (both with wood floors and open fires); toilet & utility (washing machine & tumble dryer)

1st Floor: Master Bedroom with Kingsize bed and large ensuite shower room; Second Bedroom with Kingsize bed and ensuite shower room; two large twin rooms both with views over the paddock & family bathroom with free standing slipper bath and separate large shower.

Attic; Double bedroom; twin bedroom with ensuite shower.

Other features of the property are; Oil central heating; flat screen freeview TVs in all bedrooms as well as the 2 lounges; ipod cd player; 2 dvd players; WIFI broadband; BBQ and outside patio area and seating with views over the paddock and private garden.

The property sleeps 12 people and will accept up to 2 dogs.

Surrounding the House is approximately 4 acres of paddock and woodland area. We have our own Highland Cattle; Snowflake, Tiger & Rosie aswell as free range chickens.

Manor Farm is situated 15 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Reighton Sands.

In the nearby area there is Dalby Forest and Go Ape - high line tree walking adventure, Flamingo Land theme park & zoo, Horse riding and several horse race meetings in the area. Local spa pampering can be arranged or why not treat yourselves to a home pampering party.

HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE is a lovingly restored barn conversion which offers spacious accommodation in a tranquil setting only 20 minutes walk from Reighton Sands beach.

Honeysuckle cottage is situated in the village of Reighton, between Scarborough & Bridlington on the North Yorkshire coast.

The accommodation consists of:

Ground Floor : Kingsize bedroom; twin bedroom; shower room; further separate toilet; generous breakfast kitchen and large dining/ living room with french doors opening onto its own enclosed garden with views over the paddock.

1st Floor: Double bedroom; twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

The property sleeps 9 people and will accept up to 2 dogs.

In the area there are several golf courses including Ganton and Bridlington links. Also there is horse riding, clay pigeon shooting and fishing nearby. The RSPB Bempton is 4 miles away.
