An awe inspiring Elizabethan Manor House set beautifully within several acres of landscaped gardens. Nine themed bedrooms, two kitchens, five reception rooms, three bathrooms four WC's and a host of other communal rooms including a library. Ideal location for exploring Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Bath, Longleat Safari Park, Wells Cathedral and Stourhead House and Gardens.

The drawing room is open plan to the living room, giving an enormous room perfect for large social gatherings. Two giant Elizabethan thrones face each other over a huge chess table set with giant chess pieces. The dining room has an unusual square table which allows all nineteen guests to see each other. This is ideal for a banquet or medieval feast. Well stocked farmhouse style kitchen, breakfast room, music room, games room, vast panelled library. In the gardens there is an underground bomb shelter that is now themed as a 1940's living room with Winston Churchill's famous speeches on the radio.

All bedrooms boast four poster beds and window seats most have their own wash basin. Some of the bedrooms have their own dressing tables and writing desks. An extra eight guests can be accommodated in the equally imposing Coach House on the estate.

Stonnwall Manor is totally secluded, hidden behind tall stone walls and 600 year old trees. The large open plan rooms are ideal for socialising and the lounge has enough seating to accommodate all guests. The town of Frome is packed with restaurants, bars and nightclubs and has become the local Mecca for nightlife. For more of an upmarket night out, Bath is only a short distance.

The list of activities that can be enjoyed at Stonnwall Manor is endless. Themed parties such as Ann Summers or Thorntons can be held in the house and we have used the same family run caterers for many years now. For pampering, Babbington House has a spa with a full list of treatments available. Here you can rub shoulders with celebrities. Or you can travel to Bath and have a full day of pampering at the world famous Thermae Spa. For the more adventurous you can enjoy horse trekking, clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, archery and paintballing to name a few.

Stonnwall Manor is a themed house fitted with period style furniture. It was once described on a local TV documentary as being 'like a set from the New Avengers'. This house is ideal for hosting a murder mystery weekend.
