Look no further than our award-winning 5* cottages at Combermere Abbey, on the Cheshire/Shropshire borders. Positioned around a cobblestone courtyard, the 9 cottages sleep between 4 and 10 guests (up to 49 guests in total). Individually designed and decorated, groups can choose between Crossley, our largest cottage which sleeps and dines 10 or Beckett and Malbanc Cottages which sleep 6 (dine 20) and 8 (dine 16) and can be booked with other cottages to suit the number required. These larger cottages celebrate local artists work (available for sale) and can be set up as a central gathering point for your party’s dinner parties or brunches. In house catering for dinner can be arranged, and nearby pubs within walking distance are perfect for the day after brunch.. Enhance the body beautiful with our marvelous spa options – you can have treatments in your cottage with ‘My Personal Sanctuary’ – just delicious! Outdoor activities both on and off the 1000 acre estate include long walks through woods and parkland, lake swimming in the warmer months, tennis and cycling. Dogs are also welcome and get their own Pooch Pack, ensuring that your four legged friend need not be left out. Within 7 miles there is off road driving , parachuting, hot air ballooning, clay pigeon shooting. The area is full of great pubs and restaurants market towns and farmers markets and famous for its wonderful gardens – Cholmondeley Castle, Tatton Park, Arley Hall, Wollerton Old Hall, and nurseries like Bridgemere and David Austin. We want our hens to be looked after, have fun, laugh, giggle, indulge and create lots of memories. Escape from daily life and enjoy the peace and tranquility that Combermere offers.
