Situated in the tranquil village of Sparsholt which boasts a friendly pub and ancient church, it offers a lovely rural location whilst being within easy reach of Wantage, Lambourn (famous for its racing trainers), Newbury and of course Oxford. This fantastic cottage offers extensive accommodation including four large bedrooms (1 double, 1 double plus single or cot,1 twin and one triple) and a study /TV room with a double sofa bed. There is a large kitchen diner, a separate utility room, large conservatory and a sitting room with log burner, flatscreen TV/DVD/Stereo .There are two ensuite bathrooms and one family bathroom plus a separate downstairs cloakroom. Outside there are very pretty gardens front and back, with a stream that runs on the boundary. There is ample parking for cars at the front and side of the cottage.
