With it's own indoor heated swimming pool this Edwardian seaside retreat has been re-modelled making it deal for hen party weekends or groups of up to 14 friends.

The accommodation is arranged as:

Large lounge with flat screen TV, DVD and video with a library of films and books. There is soft seating for everyone.

The Kitchen/diner is the ideal place to prepare wonderful meals which everyone to enjoy around the one large table. The kitchen is newly refurbished plenty of culinary items and all the equipment you might need.

There are 7 generous bedrooms. Four are arranged as doubles, including the master bedroom with its 4 poster bed and ensuite shower/WC. Three are arranged as twins.

There are a total of 3 bath/shower rooms. The main family bathroom has been recently refitted to a very high standard with double shower and double bath.

There is a games area in the rear conservatory which leads out onto the patio area where there is a large table and chairs to enjoy warm summer evenings.

The indoor heated swimming pool and sauna is always a big hit with everyone.

Overlooking the award winning beaches of Mundesley is the large private garden sweeping down to the cliff-top.

Mundesley itself is a lovely small seaside town with plenty to do for a weekend with the girls, as well as offering places to eat and drink along with some highly rated pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages.

Mundesley offers a Post Office, 3 village shops, 2 good take-aways, a butchers, several clothes and gift shops, two cafes, a deli, a florist, an amusement park with crazy golf and a full size golf course.

From Mundesley, you can explore the whole North Norfolk region from Hunstanton right round to Hemby, taking in Sandringham, Wells-next-the-sea, Cromer, Sheringham, North Walsham, Happisburgh etc. You can also get to the Norfolk Broads easily and hire a boat for the day or longer.
