Sladen Lodge
It is situated at the edge of the village of Hathersage within an acre of secluded garden with a large sunny South-facing patio commanding panoramic views. We invite you to experience the wonders of the Peak District National Park. Whether your visit is to celebrate a special occasion, explore the local attractions, take part in the numerous activities nearby or simply walk to your hearts content Sladen Lodge provides the perfect base. The Lodge is warm and contemporary with natural light flooding in through large picture windows and hours can be spent gazing across the valley and beyond. There are 7 individually accessed en-suite bedrooms all of which can be made up with two single or one huge super-king size bed. Beds are adorned with luxurious Egyptian cotton linen and soft down duvets. All bedrooms have wall mounted widescreen TVs and all bathrooms have walk-in power showers. There is a large open-plan day room for groups to dine together around one table and a well equipped kitchen. There is a choice of sitting rooms, the larger being spacious, filled with comfy sofas and a 46‰ TV with Sky and Blu-ray DVD player. Sladen Lodge is located in the heart of the Peak District National Park. It nestles in the Hope Valley amongst gently rolling hills and dramatic gritstone edges. It is a walker's paradise, with no end of varied routes to suit all ages and abilities. For the more adventurous there are numerous activities such as climbing, abseiling, clay-pigeon shooting and caving nearby, or your can opt to visit one of the many historic attractions in the area. The village centre is a few minutes' walk away and has a good range of local pubs, restaurants and shops including a deli, butcher, bakery, greengrocer and convenience stores. There is a 30m heated outdoor pool (open April to October) onlya few minutes walk away. PRICE INFORMATION
